Motion of a Particle Submitted to Dry Friction and to Normal Percussions

Abstract: We consider the one-dimensional dynamics of a particle moving on a mobile plane with contact being kept and dry friction. The particle is submitted to normal loading described not only by usual forces but also by a countable set of percussions. We prove the existence of a solution to this problem by using some convex analysis methods and measure theory.
