Carl Friedrich Gauss Prize for Applications of Mathematics 2006
The Gauss Prize was presented to Junko Itô,
the youngest daughter of the recipient, by King Juan Carlos of Spain.
Kiyosi Itô could not attend the award ceremony for health reasons.
