Participants were expected to arrive for dinner on Sunday and leave after lunch on Wednesday.
 

ACCOMMODATION

We have made reservations for 40 to 50 persons. Indicative rates are the following:

on a double occupancy basis: 200 euros (board and lodging) for 3 days.

on a single occupancy basis: 215 euros (board and lodging) for 3 days.

Please note that this rate cannot be reduced for late arrival or early departure.

SUPPORT

Support will be available from various institutions. It will be used to reduce the accomodation prices.
