Abstract: |
The paper is concerned with the solvability of variational inequalities that contain second-order quasilinear elliptic operators and convex functionals. Appropriate concepts of sub- and supersolutions (for inequalities) are introduced and existence of solutions and extremal solutions are discussed.;
