1. The Authors certify that they own the copyright to the Paper, herein identified, and that they have not previously published the Paper in a refereed journal.
2. The Authors hereby grant and assign to the Journal of Graph Algorithms and Applications (JGAA) all rights, title, and interest in and to the copyright in the print version of the Paper, and the exclusive right to publish the Paper in printed form.
3. The Authors hereby grant to JGAA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid up, royalty-free license to publish the Paper in electronic form.
4. The Authors agree that they shall not make available the paper in electronic form without placing an explicit acknowledgment within the paper of prior publication in JGAA.
5. The Authors shall indemnify and continue to indemnify the Editors-in-Chief and Managing Editor of JGAA against any suit, demand, claim or recovery, finally sustained, by reason of any violation of proprietary right or copyright, or any unlawful matter contained in the Paper.
6. The Authors warrant that they have the full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights granted in this Agreement.
7. The signing author has informed the Authors of the terms of this agreement and is signing on their behalf as their agent and represents that he or she is authorized to do so.

Instructions:

1. If there are multiple authors, one author can sign the agreement on behalf of all the coauthors.
2. Fill in the Author, Paper, Name, and Date fields
3. Transmit the agreement in one of the following ways:
   • Electronic: Print the agreement to a PDF file and send it as a digitally signed email message addressed to jgaa@cs.brown.edu. To do this, you will need a program to convert an HTML document into a PDF file (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) abd an email signing certificate (e.g., the free email certificate provided by Thawte).
   • Fax: Print the agreement from your browser, sign it and fax it to JGAA at +1 586-314-4708.
