Title: Controllability, applications, and numerical simulations
       of cellular neural networks

Abstract: 
 In this work we consider the model of cellular neural network
 (CNN) introduced by Chua and Yang in 1988. We impose the
 Von-Neumann boundary conditions and study the controllability
 of corresponding system, then these results are used in image
 detection by means of numerical simulations.
