    Abstract:

We introduce the class $ overline{H}(lpha ,eta )$ of analytic functions with negative coefficients. In this paper we give some properties of functions in the class $ overline{H}(lpha ,eta )$ and we obtain coefficient estimates, neighborhood and integral means inequalities for the function $ f(z)$ belonging to the class $  overline{H}(lpha ,eta ).$ We also establish some results concerning the partial sums for the function $ f(z)$ belonging to the class $ overline{H}(lpha ,eta )$.
